I worked as an instructor with the American Red Cross during the year 2002.  For the past 13 years I have worked for the Bessemer City Schools teaching Health Education.  

I also am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the (CSCCA).

I work as a volleyball, and softball coach.
