I have 5 years of teaching experience in the exceptional education field.

I am a Special Education Teacher at Bessemer City High School.  I work with students who have severe and multiple disabilities, usually identified as the MD - Unit.  I teach all academic subjects as well as transition skills.  Helping students progress in all areas of their development - academic, social, language, and motor skills is a challenge that I am honored to accept daily.  

I have dedicated my life to becoming a life-long educator and learner striving to instill a similar desire in all of the students with whom I work.  I have a true passion for helping the students of Bessemer City High School grow, learn, and achieve all their goals.
